My stay at Super Hotel Premier Osaka Honmachi Ekimae Natural Hot Springs was delightful! The staff were wonderfully attentive, assisting promptly with all my requests. The on-site onsen was a fantastic way to unwind, and the location right by the metro made exploring Osaka so convenient.

My stay was fantastic, with superb metro access right outside the hotel and beautiful Utsubo Park only about a 15-minute walk away, making my city strolls so enjoyable. the staff were incredibly polite and went out of their way to help, making me feel right at home during my time there.

The hotel staff were extremely kind and accommodating.

I had a rather frustrating experience during my stay. I wasn't informed about the changing security passcode for the women's spa, leading my partner to be locked out. Additionally, we didn't realize that the amenities like extra pillows and yukatas were located on a separate floor, which was disappointing after two nights of not having access to them.

The onsen provided a serene escape, allowing for a peaceful soak after a long day. Breakfast featured delicious options, including whole wheat bread rolls, which were a highlight. While the room felt slightly cramped for two, it was well equipped with amenities. The pleasant staff made check-in smooth. however, the overall noise insulation could be improved to ensure a quieter experience at night.

Can just recommend for a walk in evening

Additionally, the hotel offers outstanding laundry facilities, making extended stays more manageable.
